conditions that constitute our Returns, Exchanges, & Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no product returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales of digital items are final.
To download your digital product follow these steps:
- Locate the Woocommerce invoice you received via the email you provided upon purchase.
- Click on the link to the pattern you purchased
- Download the pattern you purchased to your electronic device
If you cannot find your Woocommerce invoice please contact me Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
NOTE: If you made your purchase via PayPal and cannot find your Woocommerce invoice, please contact us at email@example.com before filing a case or making a complaint to PayPal. I am happy to ensure that you receive your purchase without the unnecessary extra work for myself and PayPal support that a case/complaint creates.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges (as long as the exchange item is currently in stock).
Contact me within 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
*Delivery address will be supplied once you contact me.
I don’t accept cancellations
However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
**The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Product must be returned in its original condition – unused and undamaged.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Product must be returned with proof of purchase.
